Promote more Bengalis to take up business as a career; help existing start-ups and small businesses owned by Bengalis scale up.
Promote internal business among Council members.
Promote business development in a collaborative, cooperative manner for members.
Represent members when interfacing with Government on policy issues affecting them.
Change the perception that Bengalis aren't good at business, by highlighting the history and achievements of Bengali businessmen.
Build an organisation that achieves the above and ensures continuity and perpetuity.
